An organic Ayurvedic & Living Foods (raw) diet is the highest in prana (lifeforce or qi) and the most sattvic (promoting a healthy body, peaceful mind and spiritual state).
It also happens to be the most environmentally-friendly diet
on the Planet.
Ayurveda is a unique framework that can incorporate any nutritional influence and I've developed an Ayurvedic Living Foods diet that includes recipes for all dosha types. I think the ancient rishis (yogic sages) and Lord Dhanavantari (on right) would have approved of integrating these two compassionate systems of Healing.
